ZafaCare LLC ("ZafaCare", "we", "us", "our") operates the website www.zafacare.com (the "Site") and provides sanitization, maintenance, repair, and sales services for trash cans and underground dumpsters in Puerto Rico. • Payment Information: When you make a payment, it is processed through third parties (ATH Móvil, Stripe); ZafaCare does not store full credit/debit card numbers.

• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies collected automatically when you visit the Site.
   

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to coordinate, confirm, and deliver requested services; communicate with you regarding appointments, service routes, billing, and service updates; send you—with your consent—text messages and marketing communications about ZafaCare promotions, discounts, and updates; improve our Site, services, and marketing campaigns (including remarketing or retargeting campaigns); and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

By providing your phone number and checking the corresponding box or boxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from ZafaCare regarding: (a) appointment confirmations, route reminders, and invoice or payment notices (non-promotional messages); and/or (b) special offers, discounts, and service updates (marketing messages), depending on the box(es) you selected. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You may reply HELP for assistance or STOP (or CANCELAR) to opt out at any time. Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition for purchasing any goods or services.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel and Google Ads or Analytics, to understand how you use the Site and to display relevant ZafaCare advertisements to you on other platforms, even after you leave our Site. We share information only with service providers who assist us in operating our business—including GoHighLevel and WATI for communications and automation, GorillaDesk for route and service scheduling, Stripe and ATH Móvil for payment processing, and analytics and advertising platforms like Google and Meta—each bound by their own confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
